Mace enters selected industry and business awards as a means of benchmarking itself against the very best – and in order to demonstrate to the world the effectiveness of its methods and culture. Awards not only allow us to examine our business against those of our peers but provide our people with industry-wide acknowledgement of their skills and capabilities. We don’t underestimate the importance of personal attainment and we make every effort to ensure that our people feel good about themselves and their colleagues.
