Mace's clients in China have a desire to achieve high levels of quality and professionalism with their construction projects.

Mace has been able to utilize its international experience and strong local knowledge and understanding to provide clients with the skills and services they need to deliver often complex and demanding projects. We are managing the delivery of over 500,000 square meters of construction including new build commercial towers, retail malls, residential and luxury hotel and spa developments.

Mace's expertise has been utilized to manage the delivery of a US$80m historic restoration project. Introduction of our extensive experience in building sustainability, environmental, health and safety issues, coupled with our challenging approach to design management and construction supervision is helping one client to achieve LEED accreditation for their 140,000 square metre Grade A+ development.

Mace is also providing project management services to the British, Polish and Serbian pavilions at the Shanghai 2010 Expo.
