Al Barari Phase 1

Mace is proud to be delivering Al Barari (“the wilderness”) a secluded residential development, currently under construction, considered to be one of the most prestigious projects currently being undertaken in Dubai.

The Al Barari project is split into two phases where phase 1 is the development of 305 luxury villas and phase 2 consists of additional commercial, leisure and retail facilities including a boutique hotel. Mace has been appointed to manage all aspects of the development of the first phase villas, ranging from infrastructure to landscaping to the villas themselves. Phase 1 is made up of 30 clusters/leaves, each having 9 to 12 villas of different sizes ranging from 11,357sq. ft to 16,404 sq. ft.

Al Barari is an innovative scheme in that at completion of phase 1 over 80% of the available land will remain free of construction, to create a calm environment for living. With nature being the central theme of the development, the landscape plays a prominent part of Al Barari's design and encompassess 6.1km of waterways as well as numerous garden areas.
