Mace is one-third of the CLM consortium, the delivery partner to the Olympic Delivery Authority which is responsible for creating the infrastructure and venues for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. CLM is the delivery partner responsible for programme and project managing the complex capital programme necessary to deliver the Games. 

CLM is responsible for ensuring land preparation, infrastructure, venues and village are delivered to meet the requirements of the Games. Under an all encompassing appointment CLM is managing key issues including costs, design, schedule, environmental, sustainability, health and safety – where performance is ten times better than the industry- equality and diversity, employment and skills, and legacy transformation. Since its appointment in 2006, CLM has helped the ODA achieve all its key milestones.
